Are you an enthusiastic F&B Leader?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our leadership team. As an experienced food and beverage leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow in this role. You will be able to share your ideas with a team of Coordinators, all working towards one common goal.
About the role
As a Food and Beverage Coordinator you will be a valued part of the leadership team and will work with the other Coordinators to manage the Food and Beverage staff. This position will allow you to plan, organise, schedule and allocate tasks and activities to the food and beverage team on a daily basis. You will also monitor and evaluate team service levels and performance and are a key point of escalation for high level customer enquiries.
What you need to be successful
- Leadership experience in a club, hotel or large restaurant operation
- Effective leadership style and a strong customer focus
- Passion for leading a diverse team
- Hold a current RSA Competency Card
- Experience as a Food and Beverage Team Leader, Coordinator, Head Waiter or equivalent
- Able to create an enthusiastic and efficient environment for staff and customers
- Availability to work across a 7 day week including days, afternoons, evenings, and over nights including weekends and public holidays.
- A professional and friendly attitude
- Great work ethic and reliability
- Excellent communications skills
- Accurate cash handling skills
