Here at The Grounds we are looking for Senior Baristas to join the coffee family. If you haven’t heard what we are pretty much most famous for well…. It’s our coffee. We are constantly wanting to surprise and delight our customers and show them the Grounds Journey.
We have casual roles both in Alexandria & The City venue, working in a fast paced environment and working towards and with us on delivering the best coffee in town.
Who YOU need to be:
As a barista you will be passionate about making specialty coffee. You will be driven to learning about the Grounds coffee, from roasting to latte art. You will work well in a team of skilled baristas and coffee professionals. You’ll have such a strong desire for detail, and will be driven to maximising customer experience.
Key Skill Ingredients:

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Display excellent customer service skills.

Have a passion for specialty coffee and thirst for knowledge.

Have the willingness to learn and adapt to new brewing techniques.

A genuine desire to learn and grow with us

2 years minimum experience in a high volume cafe or coffee shop
