Hog's Breath Cafe Port Macquarie, part of Australia's largest and most successful casual dining group, is seeking an experienced chef or cook.
The successful applicant will be capable of working in a diverse and fast paced environment and will show the following attributes:
- competency in all aspects of commercial kitchen operations
- experience in cooking of a variety of roles
- efficiency in working under pressure in a calm and professional manner
- a full understanding of work place health and safety requirements
The successful applicant will enjoy working in a team environment that requires a high standard of consistency and will be able to work a flexible roster that includes day and night service periods.
