Our client is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for this busy property located in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia. This is a live in position requiring an immediate commencement and a minimum 1 year commitment.

Candidates will have previous experience within a busy hotel / resort venue covering bars, restaurant, accommodation, staff management and stock control.

You will be energetic, passionate about Hospitality and be able to lead by example.  

Key Duties:

• Working as part of the management team, 100% hands on across all aspects of the venue including bar, restaurant, Functions and assisting other departments
• Counting and balancing of tills, safe, processing banking
• Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing 
• Training and supervision of staff across all departments, working with your team to bring the best out in them
• Open  /close of venue
• Acting as venue manager on the managers days off
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Other duties as required

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Must hold a current WA Approved Managers License  
• Ideally have previous experience at Duty Manager level
• Must have strong hospitality experience  
• Ability to manage staff and provide employee support
• Ideally have previous remote area experience in a similar style venue
• Able to obtain a National Police clearance
• Experience with POS Systems
