QUALIFIED SOUS CHEF

A position exists for a Qualified Sous Chef to commence on a Salary basis. Availability for night and weekend shifts and split shifts will be a requirement, minimum 40 hours per week.

A minimum of 4 years experience is preferable.
Reporting to the Head Chef working in a team environment.
Ability to lead a team of between 5 & 10 staff at any one given time during service
Ability to manage and prepare between 200 and 400 main courses during each service time 7 days and 7 nights per week.
