We are a busy café/roastery in Randwick looking for an exceptional person who loves the fast paced, people centred world that is hospitality. Someone who can lead a team of hard working, smart thinking, team players. 

Hospitality experience is essential, as is high energy, great people skills and a genuine warmth. 

Responsibilities include:

Taking a hands on approach with all daily operations of a busy café

Leading the floor team and co-ordinating the whole team to ensure excellent customer service

Ordering

Rostering

Organising catering

Managing social media accounts
