Nagisa Japanese Restaurant is seeking an experienced full-time chef/kitchen manager for its busy restaurant in the Honeysuckle district of Newcastle.

Duties include (but not limited to):

Preparation of meals
Reporting to Executive chef
Supervision of kitchen staff
Developing menu offerings
Streamlining kitchen efficiency
Quality control and regulatory compliance
Scheduling
