We are searching for an organised and driven food and beverage professional to join our team. Applicants should be focussed on career progression and development within their role. The successful candidate will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing and driving the delivery of the resort's high standards of consistency and attention to detail across multiple food and beverage outlets, previous experience in a multi venue operation is preferred.
Candidates should have a strong background and knowledge of food and wine, along with a good understanding of requirements in being creative in cost control and profit generation. A large portion of this role is operation based with considerable focus on planning and innovation, with a great opportunity to engage guests and identify opportunities to enhance our overall guest experience.
Applicants for this role will have displayed outstanding leadership and mentoring skills within a medium sized Food & Beverage team with a minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a similar capacity. This position is full time, with weekend and evening work making up a large portion of a standard working week.
