Having recently opened with an absolute bang and attracted the masses, the menu is simple but high quality and boast only the best of Australian food. It's be on trend, cool and funky and designed to ensure the maximum product quality when serving a large number of covers.

What it'll involve and what it'll take!
  • Effective and efficient running of the kitchen inline with company standards (these are pretty high!) 
  • Be tenacious and curious with supplier management - never compromise on quality but get the best for your buck
  • Have a detailed understanding of seasonal produce and create dishes and menus inline with available produce and the venue style
  • Hands on, visionary lead - be in the thick of it with your team and show them how its done
  • Calm and collected - it will get busy and we want to see nothing but smiles and team work 
  • Develop and implement initiatives to achieve profitable results 
  • Inspire and energise your team to be the best they can be 
  • Drive a productive, hard working and fun kitchen 
  • Create and maintain policies and procedures 
  • All training and development of staff as well as performance management 
  • Up-skill and cross train all members of your kitchen brigade 
  • Be a visionary - always think about how you can improve quality, speed and the general offering
  • Flexible and adaptable, every day will be different 
  • Proven ability to work to tight budgets and clear understanding of managing a top performing kitchen
