The Canberra Racing Club conducts 25 thoroughbred horse race meeting per annum predominately fortnightly on Fridays, 1 Saturday, 3 Sundays including Black Opal Stakes and Melbourne Cup race day. Thoroughbred Park also contains a function & convention centre which provides opportunity for work at various functions conducted throughout the year and may involve evening work.
We are seeking experienced food & bar attendants and supervisors who can commit to working on a regular basis and who have a current RSA and reliable transportation.
Experience in all facets of bar operation and food service (3 plate service) is essential. Barista experience desirable. Neat presentation essential wearing black pants, black business shirt and black leather shoes.
