Blue Care is after a Chief Cook/Chef to join our team located at our service at Argyle Gardens Bundaberg Serviced Apartments. 


We need you to provide effective leadership and co-ordinate best practice food services and to develop and maintain a high standard of food and presentation services in conjunction with the RSO Hospitality /Hospitality Supervisor and residents, ensuring that dietary requirements of residents are met. You will be responsible for the implementation and adherence of all Food Safety Requirements and budgeting for the Kitchen. A CPR & First Aid Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certification or willingness to obtain, is required to be successful within the role.

 

A variety of tasks will keep you engaged and busy. You will be selecting and preparing seasonal menus, overseeing and assisting with the provision of food service to meet our residents’ requirements and needs. You will also assist with the orientation, supervision and ongoing professional development of our team.

 

We want you to have a genuine and caring nature and enjoy providing high level of service knowing that this will ultimately look after our residents’. We need you to have relevant trade qualifications or experience and coaching and leadership experience.
