About the business
WYNCITY BOWL & ENTERTAINMENT is a Family Entertainment Centre like no other, and no two days are alike. We service sport, attractions, birthdays and our great nightclub style clientele.
About the role
We're looking for a dynamic mature aged team member to join our crew as an Assistant Manager to our F&B Manager. You will have the chance to lead and work with a team of great individuals.
You will be exposed to costing, ordering stock, stock control, POS operations and targets at an operational level . Front of house you will have focus on food and beverage operations and set the standards in top level customer service for all the families we service.

Skills and experience
To be considered for this job you will need:
- A hands on approach - FOH operations are key to success.
- A motivation to share your skills and experience training up and coming team members.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a management role.
- Passion for people, drinks and food.
- Customer satisfaction first focus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Self motivated and able to lead from the front.
- Must be hands on and able to multi task and think on your feet.
- Work well under pressure and adapt to change
