We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate full time Sous Chef to be part of the team at the Dunsborough Tavern.
The Dunsborough, located in the heart of the Dunsborough community, is the locals and visitors port of call for awesome food, great service, cold beer and amazing live music.
About you:
- Full chef qualification ( Completion of Apprenticeship and Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery )
- Ability to lead by example
- Passionate about Food, Beer and all things Pub
- Previous experience in a similar position is favourable
- A good understanding of financials
- Easy going and hardworking
- Willing to work weekends and mixed roster of nights and days
- Team player with a positive attitude
