Servicing both Travel Agents and direct customers, you will be both reliable and friendly, offering superior customer service levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Offer exceptional service levels to all customers throughout the booking process
• Explain the differences between the different product offerings and decipher the best fit for the client
• Handle enquiries from travel agents, group travel organisers and direct customers
• Assist in the pre and post-tour planning process
• Confirm reservations as required and ensure the booking process goes smoothly from start to finish in a timely manner


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A strong background in the Travel Industry and a reliable, customer service driven individual will be the perfect fit for this role. Your will leave a trail of satisfied clients in your wake and ideally will have travelled to South Eastern Europe. Experience with data entry and Excel also a bonus as this role does have an admin element to it. No GDS experience necessary.
