Rise Pizza is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager who is ready to lead our team and grow their career at our City Beach Venue.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience in similar roles. Job tasks and responsibilities:
◦ planning menus in consultation with Chefs ◦ planning and organising special functions ◦ arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget ◦ maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions ◦ ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance ◦ conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service ◦ selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff ◦ may take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders Skills and Experience:
• Approved Manager Card.
• Strong understanding of Food and Beverage Operations
• Barista skills
• Experienced in rostering, labour, food & beverage cost management
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Results driven and ambitious
• Strong people skills
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment. And during the weekend and public holidays.
•Full understanding of Profit and Loss statements, ability to control labour costs, and cost of goods
