As a Bell Services Attendant at Crown Metropol your role will comprise of a combination of Porter and Valet Attendant duties.  Being the first point of contact for our guests you will greet them upon arrival and departure; deliver, collect and store luggage; explain room amenities and valet park guest vehicles. You will also be responsible for controlling, directing and ensuring safe vehicle and pedestrian movement on the hotel driveway.

Your Experience:

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a premium environment
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast paced customer service environment
• A current Western Australian Driver’s “C” Class Manual License or equivalent
• An excellent multi-tasker with exceptional attention to detail
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• 24/7 availability

Successful candidates will be required to obtain a National Australian Police Clearance as well as a satisfactory Traffic Record.
