The ideal applicant will have a Certificate III in Hospitality with 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar environment. The successful applicant must have experience working independently and managing kitchen operations and will ideally have previous experience setting up a new kitchen.

In addition to the above, the successful applicant will have:

Experience with cost control: food and portions
Sound knowledge of food safety regulations
Exceptional customer service skills
Enthusiasm and flexibility
Must be available to work Monday – Friday 5:00am – 3:00pm
Assist front of house when needed and potentially train staff in kitchen operations
