Mount Baw Baw Alpine Resort is Melbourne's closest downhill ski resort offering a fun, safe and affordable snow experience through winter and endless hours of outdoor adventure year round. We are recruiting multiple roles for Barista's & Front of House staff to work to deliver a memorable visitor experience.
About the role
Use your experience in busy cafes as a top Barista or Front of House operator to further enhance the customer experience of Mount Baw Baw Alpine Resort. To apply for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Experience as a barista in a busy environment.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a busy A La Carte environment.
- Good judgement and decision making.
- Trustworthy and a team player.
- Professional approach and appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
Please note that employment is subject to a Drug and Alcohol test, Police Check and Working With Children check. You must also have an RSA and Food handling certificate.
