Be involved in an exciting opportunity to help manage a new Cafe. GTNT is looking for someone to join the team to lead this fresh new Cafe in the right direction and get the people of Darwin wanting to come back for more!
We are looking for someone who has had previous experience managing the front of house operations for a cafe or restaurant and bring their exciting new ideas to life.
The successful person will posses:
- Certificate III in Hospitality or 2 years relevant cafe/restuarant management experience
- Great personal presentation
- Experience making delicious coffee (or qualified barista would be desirable but not essential)
- Operating till, managing the administrative requirements of a cafe
- Exceptional customer service skills
- People management skills, including training and developing other staff and trainees
- Computer literate with the ability to prepare and analyse spread sheets
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must have enthusiasm and be flexible to meet the company's requirements
