We now have exciting opportunities available for motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs to join the Kitchen brigade of leading industry professionals, led by Michael Mousseau. Where you are interested in Pastry or Cuisine, there is a position available for you
The successful applicants will possess:
- Previous kitchen experience at the same level preferably within a large hotel or large kitchen operation
- Passion for creating superb food in order to wow our guests
- Knowledge of current kitchen trends
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- The ability to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
