We are seeking 2  Cooks with skills for our Coffee Clubs at Rouse Hill  town centre and  and Hornsby Westfield . The successful applicants will be able to work in a fast paced kitchen producing  quality meals that will impress our customers.

About the business and role: 
Coffee club is located in Rouse hill and Hornsby. With a growing reputation and a strong focus on food, we are seeking motivated, respectful and friendly individuals who are enthusiastic and enjoy working in a fast paced restaurant. Applicants will need to have the ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining exceptionally high standards in food quality and customer service.

To be successful in this role the applicant will need to have the following skills and abilities:
* Previous experience supervising a cafe/restaurant
* Some stock control experience including stock take.
* An understanding of OH&S and Food Safety.
*Able to maintain clean environment and keep equipment in top conditions while following daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
* Quick on feet.
* Show initiative and learn quickly.
 

Hornsby: varied roster Monday-Sunday: Part time or full time. No split shifts

We trade 8am-6pm all week and Thursday until  9pm

Short order cook able to multitask in a small efficient kitchen (coffee shop all rounder) with a main focus on the kitchen.

Rouse Hill: full time Monday - Sunday: Full Time 38 hours, no split shifts

Kitchen operating hours 7am-8:30pm Monday & Sunday, rest of the week until 10:30pm

A versatile cook with skills able to work with an efficient team aiming to impress our customers.
