WANTED: Lonestar Smithfield, Cairns on the look out for experienced Shift Supervisor/Assistant Manager for our fast growing business.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate is essential
• Food & beverage related qualifications and/or significant experience in restaurant service is beneficial
• Knowledge of bar operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Fantastic attention to detail
• Passion for hospitality and customer service
• High presentation standards
• Good time management
• Reliable and honest
• Self Motivation

Your Role:

• Coach, mentor and develop Team Members.
• Maintain exceptional standards of product quality.
• Drive outstanding customer service.
• Contribute to and build a caring, inclusive and genuine culture.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with Local Area Marketing initiative.
• Manage financial aspects of restaurant operations.
• Your drivers licence and access to your own transport.
