About the role
An opportunity exists for an Environmental Service Worker to join our team at Palms Aged Care Service in the delivery of services to our 50 residents. You will be a hands-on individual looking for diversity in a role. You will be responsible for working and assisting in areas including the main kitchen, kitchenettes, serveries and dining rooms.
In this part-time role you will be required to work a variety of shifts including weekend shifts.
About you
You are an enthusiastic reliable worker who enjoys being a team player and yet can work autonomously. You have compassion for the elderly and are passionate about maintaining an environment suitable to their needs.
Ideally you will have:
- Certificate II in Kitchen Operations or similar is desirable;
- Current National Police Certificate;
- Experience in working in kitchens, preferably within the Aged Care industry;
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, across a 7 day week.
