We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Cafe Manager that can unlock the potential of our Jamaica Blue Miranda store.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for an operational leader with a limitless appetite for challenge. This is a hands-on role that involves all operational aspects of café management including team leadership, supervision, food and beverage service, profitability and sales growth.
Our cafe operates 7 days a week and requires a flexible approach to your availability.

- Creatively minded, with the ability to share ideas and effectively implement local area marketing
- Ability to inspire, train and develop a small team

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This varied and dynamic role will require the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with your own team and our Foodco management teams.
Ideally, you will have at least 3 years in a store management or supervisory role in cafés or casual dining.
You will be required to excel in the following areas of business management:
- Delivery of outstanding service and food standards to customers.
- Control of cost of goods and labour cost through clearly defined action plans.
- Knowledge and understanding of P&L statements.
- Maintaining stock control through management of ordering systems, stocktake and wastage control.
- Team leadership and the ability to motivate and mentor staff to achieve business KPIs.
- Performance of basic administration with a high attention to detail.
