As a Restaurant Manager across Melbourne, you will be the face of our restaurants and the epitome of what our brand means for our customers! 
  
Responsibilities will include;

• Ensuring dynamic, fun and fast paced experiences for our much-loved customers and guests
• Owning the commercial performance of your venue through delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Ensure wage and COGS targets are met consistently
• Develop and coach your team to be the best when it comes to food focused professionals
• Lead from the font and make each day for customers and team members a heap of fun

You will be hugely passionate, funky, and of course care about the people around you. You will have a love for service and create theatre in the store, embracing a diverse customer base and thrive on making their day!

• Dedicated experience leading fast paced and experience orientated food venues
• Great capability to put the customers experience at the centre of everything
• Strong ability to manage process and controls related to cost and profitability
• Love people and leading great teams
• Want to progress your career towards multi-site management positions
