'CORE' is an exciting tourism and hospitality venue situated on orchards only 35 minutes from the Perth CBD in the Perth Hills. CORE specialises in craft ciders, ‘orchard to table’ restaurant, orchard experiences and as a growing wedding destination. The CORE mission is to create happy moments and exceptional memories for our guests to ensure success!
THE OPPORTUNITY

With your proven history of planning for success, exceeding targets, driving growth and energy to burn, you'll have a rewarding position building and maintaining a positive working culture throughout CORE operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Demonstrable high-level management experience achieving success in a similar business on a similar level

Strong financial acumen including P&L analysis and strategic planning to improve the business’ bottom line

Experience managing, inspiring and building a team of talented staff across all facets of the organisation

An unshakeable passion for the hospitality and tourism industry with a mature, ‘hands on’ approach

The ability to flourish in a challenging, fast paced environment

Food operation experience

The ability to continually train and develop a team of staff in conjunction with the FOH Manager to match your impeccable standards of product knowledge and customer service

The ability to manage the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene of the venue

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to guide, motivate and inspire staff to achieve a fun, positive company culture

Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills

A track-record of compliance and relationship management of all external stakeholders

The ability to understand the market, target opportunities and contribute to marketing campaigns, event concepts and promotions

Own transport required – we are situated on 40 acres or orchards in the Perth Hills, 35 minutes from the city. There is no public transport to the venue
