What we need from you?

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• At least three years' experience as a professional chef.
• Proven experience in commercial kitchens.

• Ability to work unsupervised but also be a team player.
• An understanding of food-related health and safety procedures. 
• Must be competent in all sections of the kitchen.
• Ability to create high quality food, in a timely manner. 
• Great conduct, reliability and punctuality. 
• Food handling certificate.
• Current police check.
