About the role
This role is ideal for a young and dynamic chef who is looking for progression in an environment that will allow you to grow and develop your skills both in cooking and management.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Food preparation, and execution of lunch and dinner service.
- Working with the Head Chef and Executive chef on the direction of all menus and culinary direction.
- Motivating and driving the brigade to achieve exceptional results in service and presentation.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:
- Ready to work in a kitchen that does 4 doubles and 3 days off. We want to achieve a great work life balance.
- 2 years Experience in a similar role
- You must be ready to bring your passion and experience to the brigade.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure is a must. We want to deliver an exceptional experience every time!
