We are seeking a candidate with a creative flair, who has excellent communication and time management skills, who works well both independently and in a team environment and thrives on attention to detail.
With excellent knowledge of Australian tourism destination and itinerary planning skills, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our global clients when making inbound FIT travel arrangement's, ensuring accuracy when providing quotations, processing bookings, and invoicing tours for all.
Responding to our customer requests within a 24 hour time frame, you will show initiative to be able to address customer queries.
You will develop effective and on-going relationships with respective clients and maintain high levels of customer service. Additionally, the Reservations Team also supports passengers whilst they are travelling within Australia.
To succeed in this role you will have a minimum of 1-2 years Inbound tourism experience and a passion for providing top quality customer service. Coupled with strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential for this role.
Applicants must have the ability to take the afterhours phone for emergency calls and work a Monday to Sunday roster.
