At Elia we pride ourselves on offering traditional Greek fare with a modern twist in a relaxed and contemporary space. We are located on Burgundy Street in Heidelberg and looking to add a sous / junior sous chef to the team of hospitality professionals! The ideal candidate will:
- Have knowledge of Greek / Mediterranean food
- Be motivated to reinvent traditional dishes
- Be a responsible team player
- Offer guidance and training to more junior staff
- Be able to take ownership over ordering and stock control
