At Elia we pride ourselves on offering traditional Greek fare with a modern twist in a relaxed and contemporary space. We are located on Burgundy Street in Heidelberg and looking to add a sous / junior sous chef to the team of hospitality professionals! The ideal candidate will:

  • Have knowledge of Greek / Mediterranean food
  • Be motivated to reinvent traditional dishes

  • Offer guidance and training to more junior staff
  • Be able to take ownership over ordering and stock control
