The Job
We are on the hunt for a Bar Supervisor who is not only passionate, lively and energetic, but someone who can really drive and inspire The Beresford's bar team. With a strong focus on guest engagement and service, you will work alongside, not only your bar team, but some of the industries finest individuals on a management and operational level. As a supervisor of a larger sized team, you will need to show your ability to lead and develop the team as well as showing resilience in working in a fast paced environment.
