We are a 60 seat Italian restaurant in Balnarring on the Mornington Peninsula.
Fantastic state of the art kitchen with 2 x Stefano Ferrara wood fired pizza ovens and all top of the range new equipment.

About the role
We are currently seeking applicants for the following positions:
· Full time Pizza Maker/Pasta Maker
· 1 part time/casual experienced pizza maker
Skills & Experience
To be successful in these roles you will present the following qualities;
- Minimum of 1 years' experience as a pizza maker in a high volume establishment
- Minimum of 1 years' experience making fresh pasta
- Experience with woodfired pizza ovens and hand tossed-dough essential
- A strong work ethic in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining a good eye for detail
- A passion for producing high quality food and being a part of a supportive and cooperative team
