About the business and the role
Pancakes on the Rocks has been serving delicious pancakes for over 40 years and we are looking for motivated individuals to join the team at North Strathfield.
We have several positions available which include general wait-staff , kitchen staff and a shift supervisor.
Job tasks and responsibilities
As a part of the floor team, some of the duties you will be asked to perform.
- Controlling an allocated section.
- Assisting customers at the register, processing all customer payments accurately
- Running food and drinks to the table.
- Taking orders and assisting with suggestive selling.
- Anticipating customers' needs.
As a part of the kitchen team, some of the duties you will be asked to perform,
- comfortable to work under pressure
- willing to work across all areas of kitchen sections, set up and cleaning ,preparing recipes
- team player
- Provide high quality meals
- previous experience will be an advantage.

Successful applicants will have the following skills/attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure in a calm professional manner
- Be service orientated and have exceptional organisational skills
- Have a keen eye for details and accuracy
- Highly driven, pro-active and hands on
- RSA is essential for the floor position
