Iris Wines is the proud owner of three iconic Hunter Valley brands and their vineyards; Hungerford Hill, Sweetwater and the just relaunched Dalwood, which is the birthplace of Hunter Valley wine.  A comprehensive and awarded portfolio of premium single estate wines are produced from each Hunter property alongside premium cool climate wines from Tumbarumba and Hilltops in NSW.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Wine Club Manager to join our dynamic team.  The Wine Club Manager is responsible for the acquisition and retention of members and the overall membership experience across a prestigious portfolio of premium brands.  The Wine Club Manager will assist, develop and execute the wine club growth strategy in partnership with the leadership team.  This position is pivotal in the overall strategic direction of the wineries.  It will focus on the development of campaigns that drive acquisition and retention of a loyal membership family and work collaboratively with the cellar door team to drive club sales.

The ideal candidate will thrive on fostering relationships, responding to the needs of members and proactively managing the database as well as being energised by the sales process.  As Wine Club Manager you will also assume responsibility for the establishment and execution of the event calendar and manage all club related events.  You are passionate about your members and take pride in exceeding expectations.

The Role includes:

* Responsibility for all Wine Club communications including preparation of emails, EDM's, notes to accompany club shipments, email distribution for club packs and club exclusive events.

* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve market penetration and sales growth.

* Develop campaigns that promote acquisition, encourage retention and generate re-purchases.

* Analyse and report club performance and respond to market feedback.

* Accurate Database/CRM management - Ezy Wine software experience regarded but not essential.

 

The Candidate

* Significant knowledge around club sales and direct marketing campaigns and be confident to articulate their success.  Wine industry experience strongly preferred.

* Professional, energetic, self motivated and proactive with a passion for customer service and fine wine

* Excellent organisation, written and verbal communication skills.

* Current valid car licence.
