Oaks Elan Darwin is currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Part Time Chef for an immediate start. 

In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Chef in Charge with the day to day operation of the kitchen ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation is achieved.

You will be joining a hard-working, professional and friendly Kitchen Team involved in the delivery of an outstanding service to our guests and expected to maintain strict quality and presentation standards.

To be successful you must:

• Have Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) qualifications;
• Have previous experience in a busy kitchen;
• Understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP;
• Be able to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment;
• Be self-motivated and able to work without supervision;
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Have a positive and proactive attitude.
