Chef de Parties wanted
We are a busy Cafe/Grill Restaurant in Point Cook looking for chefs who are versatile in their skills as an all-round cook including, but not limited to, the grill section.
Must be fast, passionate and skilled in the butchery and cooking of meats, fish and poultry.
We are looking for Chefs who are creative and like minded in the pursuit of great taste and perfect technique.
As a CDP you will be expected to perform all the necessary tasks allocated to you by the Head and Sous Chefs to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Must have at least 1 years experience in a similar role.
- Must be able to work week days & nights as well as weekends.
- Must be driven and passionate about the industry.
- Must be open minded and willing to learn.
We are offering a full time contract position with a 5 day work week and flexibility of off days.
