Our Surry Hills restaurant is reopening in a new location and we are seeking a talented and dynamic Sous Chef to join our fast moving, high-energy kitchen team.
We love what we do, and are seeking a Chef who is professional, keen and loves makes beautiful food for our guests.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- supporting the day to day control of food production, including stock control and food quality
- ensuring efficient, cost effective and seamless food production
- developing and motivating your team
- compliance with hygiene standards
- maintaining effective relationships with our suppliers and much-loved customers
