Food and Beverage Attendant (Sydney Central Rail)

Delaware North Companies Australia is excited to begin recruiting for our brand new outlets and restaurants as part of Sydney Central Rail Stations redevelopment. So if you have a passion for the hospitality industry, this opportunity could be perfect for you.
Delaware North is a market leader in the catering and hospitality industry with a portfolio spanning: sporting stadiums, airports, education, leisure and entertainment venues across Australia and New Zealand. We will be opening 5 new outlets to join our current Switchman café at the venue. These offerings include; Eternity Restaurant & Bar, our Central Food Market (including the individual offerings of Convenience, Bakery, Grill and Fresh), and our 2000 Acres Café.
As an F&B Attendant you will be responsible for:
- Processing guests' food and beverage orders promptly
- Cashiering
- Maintain cleanliness within the outlet
- Use of espresso machine
- Ensuring our customers enjoy their alcoholic beverage/non alcoholic beverage/coffee/meal/snack.

The successful candidates will possess the following:
- Flexible availability across seven days

- Great customer service skills
- High standards of grooming
- Excellent Communication skills
- Coffee making experience (Desirable)
- Cash Handling experience
- Current RSA and Food Hygiene certificates (Required – if don’t possess at time of application you must commit to completing prior to employment)
