YOU

We need a Venue Manager with experience and passion to lead our team in Sky Zone Macgregor.

Reporting into our SUPERSTAR Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of this awesome venue, including driving sales, staff management, reporting, ensuring guest safety and creating WOW experiences for all.
  
THE ROLE

• Running a safe, successful and hands-on shift
• Leading by example
• Driving our Sales Squad on each shift
• Cash management, stock control and end of day reporting
• Motivating the team and creating a fun work environment
• Communication with our people and our guests
• Ability to manage large staff teams in a fast-paced environment
• Adhering to the Sky Zone incident management procedures for all injuries

MUST  HAVES

• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
• Minimum three years previous experience in venue management
• A reputation as a confident, competent and popular leader
• An ability to work nights and weekends. After all, that's where the action's at...!
