Opera Bar has long been famous in Sydney for its spectacular setting, with it's impeccable service, genuine food and great beverage offerings - this is where memories are made!
There's no 2 ways around it - this place pumps! A destination for tourists, Sydney locals and the corporates - everyone knows Opera Bar...
The Roles
Don't be scared by the high volume - this venue is incredibly well set up, all the systems are in place (that well oiled machine) and this is a very well orchestrated operation to be a part of.
Enjoy a well balanced roster (approx 50hrs) with a mix of shifts and big brigade of dedicated and fun people - think of us as your new BIG family!
With Exec Chef Laura Baratto (prev Aria, Chiswick, Chiswick at the Gallery and Paddington Inn) at the helm who has a strong passion for mentoring and training - this is an environment that fosters creativity and excitement about food!
With summer fast approaching we have openings for Chefs or Cooks of varied skills - we are flexible on your level experience, you just need to bring a true passion for food and a mentally of working fast and clean.
