Stanton Café is about to open in Castle Towers. Be part of this exciting new fresh food concept, with restaurants in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Stanton is one of Australia's fastest growing casual dining restaurant groups. Stanton is a modern contemporary luxury design, focusing on fresh authentic food and outstanding customer service.
We are currently seeking a Cafe Manager to lead our Castle Towers team. As such we are looking for someone who can be part of the great team we currently have and continuously develop and lead a team to deliver on our purpose of “the very best customer experience”. This is a highly accountable role therefore it is imperative that you have key business acumen, a passion for customers and uncompromising on food quality.
Key Criteria:
- Must have minimum 2 year’s experience as a café manager
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
- Demonstrable managerial skills
- Experience with rosters, ordering, inventory management, stock takes and P&L management is a must.
- Must have Leadership Skills (coaching, training, developing, coordinating, motivating, influencing & rewarding);
- Competent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to hire and train staff correctly
- Excellent time management and planning skills
