Situated in the heart of Bondi Beach is one of the hottest venues to hit the area. With a brand new fit out, an absolutely rocking style along with a great reputation from their sister venue in Melbourne.
This venue has a Mexican theme with a strong influence on share plates, cocktails and good times. There is full table service, lunch and dinner sittings along with a events and functions.
As Lead Chef De Partie you will be managing the kitchen operations with the Head Chef, working on menu creativity and leading the brigade. The venue it self is still super new, but leading into summer... and being in Bondi.... Its gonna be busy!
$57,000,00 + Super. Heaps of public transport, days and hours to be discussed upon interview. We are looking for someone who is experienced but also wants to continue to learn, who does not have an ego in the kitchen and can uphold the companies spirit and culture. Only 45 hours a week with loads of menu creation.
