• Energetic and highly personable industry professionals with 5+ years experience in a similar role
• A background in high volume hospitality business
• Experience with venue openings
• Experience leading HUGE team, think 50+
• A hands on leader invested in setting the example
• Proven ability to influence and drive a top performing culture 
• People focused - you're all about getting the best out of your staff and delivering the best experience 
• Operationally savvy - you just get it 
• Astute with numbers - proven experience to successfully manage a P&L and drive sales. 
• A natural service legend
• A multi-tasker who can think on their feet
• A huge personality - you are the face of the business and set the tone
