Getta Burger is product driven and does things the hard way. From grinding and pressing our own patties to smoking the meat and making the sauce, we do it all. To achieve the necessary standards and drive excellence we need a Store Manager to lead our amazing team at Carina as we continue to expand this year. The is a hands-on role where you will need to spend your week in store ensuring consistency of product, team performance and high standards are in place. If you have experience in the industry and are looking to upskill, we are willing to put extra training into the right person. Please note that this role is full-time and some weekend work will be expected.
Key role accountabilities include:
- Identify and rectify operational issues that may impact sales, safety or brand
- Effectively manage risk, compliance and drive productivity
- Implement operational solutions to constantly improve the future of the business in collaboration with Operations team
- Ensure all processes and systems are followed and understood by the team
- Set Store KPI's and ensure stores are achieving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
- Adopt the role as brand ambassador to promote organizational values across teams
- Work closely with your Area manager to maximize store potential
To be considered for this role you must:
- Be passionate about great food and customer service
- Be willing to lead, manage, train and inspire teams in a hospitality environment
- Proven ability in following KPIs and working towards targets
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Self driven with high level of personal accountability and driven to deliver excellence
- High energy, positive attitude and resilience with a focus on motivating others
- Ability to travel
