We are looking for a talented and experienced trade qualified pastry chef to join our dynamic team in a fast paced and high volume production environment. We are an industry leader with a reputation for high quality gourmet cakes, desserts and pastries.
You will apply your experience and creative skills to decorate and finish a range of gourmet cakes and desserts. This includes filling, masking, piping and chocolate work for single portion desserts and whole large cakes. You will be passionate and proud of your work, reliable, well organised, a team player with flexibility and good communication skills.
You will work in a friendly, respectful and supportive environment which encourages initiative, responsibility, innovation and learning.
This role will enable you to achieve an excellent work life balance working Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
