The Alice Springs Golf Club is seeking an experienced, organised, self motivated, food and beverage service professional to join our bar & restaurant team. 

This supervisory position reports through to the General Manager, and is responsible for the following:

• The efficient day to day operations of the Range View restaurant and bar, as well as functions and events.
• Day to day training, leading and supervising a small team of food and beverage attendants. 
• Catering to the needs of all club members and guests, whilst ensuring optimum customer service.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following skills and attributes:

• A passion for food & beverage service and customer engagement.
• Previous experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry.
• Previous functions and events experience preferred.
• Excellence in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Must be available to work afternoon and evening shift across a 7 day roster, including both weekends and weekday shifts, 25-35 hours per week.
