The Meat & Wine Co Southbank are looking for an experienced and dedicated Bar Supervisor to become part of our professional management team. Established in 2000, The Meat & Wine Co prides itself in providing an exceptional and unique steakhouse dining experience.

Duties, responsibilities & requirements:
- Assist the management team in driving all operations of the bar on a day to day basis
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience within a very busy environment, including dispense and service bar
- Strong wine knowledge and wine qualifications and advantage
- Experienced in cocktail making - knowledge, recipes & production
- Up to date with current bar trends - continually strive for knowledge
- Proven experience in stocktaking - including stock and waste management
- Ability to perform within high pressure environments, consistently maintaining all service standards and ensuring customer expectations are continually met
- Able to train, develop and lead a team, building strong work ethic and a team player
- Ensure all restaurant standards are being constantly met through hands on management of bar areas
- Willingness to undergo further training and development for further career development
