Situated on the picturesque Swan River, the recently renovated Tradewinds Hotel is an iconic venue in East Fremantle, a stone's throw from the vibrant streets of Fremantle.

We are looking for passionate, talented and dedicated individuals to fill the position of the Night Auditor / Guest Service Agent within the Front Office Department. The position is casual with a possibility to turn permanent in the future.

The main responsibilities of the position are:

• Reconcile and correct each day's transactions for both the Front Office and Food and Beverage Departments
• Ensure all charges to rooms are accurate on a daily basis before check-out with proper & complete paperwork and records
• Prepare daily Night Audit reports for Management
• Ensure top security of the property
• Assist with guest enquiries and requirements
• Provide excellent services to guests from their arrival to departure
• Answer calls and take as well as input reservations

As this is a very hands-on role in a fast paced environment, successful candidates must have the following:

• Experience in Opera property management system is a REQUIREMENT
• On the job experience or relevant study experience
• Outstanding customer service
• Great attention to detail
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Approved managers certificate or willing to obtain
• Ability to work 11pm – 7.30am, 2 - 3 shifts per week
• First Aid Certificate
• Current Police Clearance
