Health Care Equipment company based in Padstow requires a person with superior Customer Service and communication etiquette for a full time permanent position. Experience in Aged Care, Nursing or similar background is an advantage. You will be dealing with large clients, retail customers, suppliers and assisting our Reps.
You will have high level organisation and time management skills plus a demonstrated capacity to work within a close knit and fast paced team. Professional telephone/email communication skills are required to clearly understand and clarify client and supplier needs. Follow up skills and attention to detail are needed for updating and informing clients of order progress including managing purchase orders.
The job requires intermediate computer skills and also involves aspects of product management and dealing with web sales via our eCommerce systems. Ability to quickly learn new information is important.
