We are a leading provider of Community Care and we have shifts available for Community experienced PCW/Support Workers.

Help those in the Community who need assistance with 

• Personal Care
• Domestic assistance
• Social support
• Shopping
• Medication prompting

What we need from you-

• Minimum of 12 months paid experience caring for clients in their homes
• Completion of a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
• Current Driving licence
• Ability to obtain a Police Check (we can assist here)
